Where to go work while it's raining out

For a couple reasons (cleaning, PG&E meter checking, etc.) we'll have to be out of the house a couple times to avoid covid exposures for both them and us. Does anyone have any reccs for outdoor covered areas (coffee shops, restaurants, public spaces, parks, etc.) that have space to work when it's wet/rainy out? Ideally with WiFi, but not strictly necessary. Thanks!
