Are these good areas in SF?

We're visiting the Bay Area in January and we currently have an airbnb booked, however I just found out someone I know has a timeshare we could use. The addresses are as follows:

333 Fulton St San Francisco, CA 94102 b/t Franklin St & Gough St Hayes Valley

2669 Hyde St San Francisco, CA 94102 Fisherman's Wharf, Russian Hill

501 Post St San Francisco, CA 94102 b/t Taylor St & Mason St Union Square, Lower Nob Hill

I've looked up Yelp reviews however a lot of them seem to be for the hotel customer service, which we don't care about. We just want to make sure they're in a safe area. We figured it'd be better than commuting from Berkeley each day and it would be free!
