Making a Quilt out of Mom’s old Clothes - commission recommendations?

I saw this idea online when deciding what to do with my mom’s old clothes. She passed away a few weeks ago and I want to donate most of her belongings but I’d like to make something memorable out of her most worn/cherished pieces.
Any recommendations on a place that can commission such a place in sf?
Also, any favorite places that take large bulk clothes donations?
