What are the best Movie theaters in the city?

I wanna know Which Movie theaters are the best to go to, specifically Which ones have IMAX, which ones have good seating that is readily available (AS IN NOT directly in front of the screen) and which ones are closest to a subway or bus station (I sold my car since Parking is a nightmare) please give me at least 5 that fit that criteria THANK YOU! edit: Also please do tell me the neighborhood or district of where its located thank you!
