hey people. this question is mostly for women. i'm looking for places to go shopping for fun clothing items. i really do not like online shopping as I like to feel the fabrics and try on pieces before buying them.

I like dressing in fun, colorful, patterened outfits. I've gone to Westfield mall and also the shops around Union Square and everything is just BORING. what's up with all the beige and neutral color palettes?? same with the Emeryville plaza.

i like shopping in the Haight but it feels like more party outfits and not always everyday attire.

I went to Ross and was actually really happy with all the fun variety, colors, prints. but I also want to buy some higher quality pieces for myself (I'm okay with spending $40-$80 on quality items but I'm not super into designer).

i'm debating going to SF premium outlets in Livermore but i'm worried it will be too expensive. let me know if you have any suggestions!
