Sunday afternoon/evening date ideas for someone who lives abroad?

I’ve found myself in a fling with a lovely Aussie who was very nice to me for Valentine’s Day! He’s leaving indefinitely in a few weeks, so we’ve set aside later on Sundays to spend together. I’d love to show him something special, but wfh life has me drawing blanks on date ideas. He’s not much of a nightlife person, however he loves food and plants.

What is something low key and affordable we could squeeze in after the weekend dies down? I was thinking something fresh and light for dinner, maybe a nice view?
