Best self-service car wash that allows buckets?

Looking for a self-service car wash that will allow me to wash my car with my own soap and bucket. I'd be using the hose for clean water, but apart from that I would be bringing my own bucket, soap, mitts.
Any places around SF that allow that? I could also go in the evening when it's less busy or something.
