Good people of retail, I'm looking for some way to help my girlfriend who works in a place with horrible hard floors and no carpets.
Post Body

So basically as the title says my girlfriend works in a place with a ridiculously hard floor and that is causing her a lot of plantar fascia pain, and it sometimes reaches almost debilitating levels.

We've gotten her comfort insoles, new shoes, I give her massages using different lotions and oils depending on the day and where her pain is when she has a day off and is near me. She wears icyhot patches while shes at work to try and help. I had a friend who knows acupressure teach me some of the pressure points for foot and leg pain so I have been incorporating those into the massages. However we can't get the foot pain to go away.

The main causes of this issue seems to be her company doesn't want to put carpets down that don't have the logo on it, this is because they are a relatively small company and can't find someone who doesn't want a ridiculous amount of money for even three carpets. The real main issue is that her store sells realtively nice and pricey product (It's a luxury handbag store but isn't quite at the scale as the big names but is still relatively well known). I mention that because it means she has to wear nice clothes which means nice shoes. So there is only so comfortable those shoes can be.

So really what I am looking for is, those of you who work or have worked at places that really caused your feet to hurt how did you help your situation?
