So I'm in a bit of a weird situation. Backstory is a lil long so I shorten it please bare with me.

My gf and I have been together for almost 9 years now. I love her there's no doubt about that but we haven't been able to have sex the past few years. She has a lot of health issues that either hinder her from having sex or wipes out her libido entirely. However we are now and have always been in an open poly relationship so in the past I've been able to go elsewhere to have my physical needs met, however currently she has been feeling down about not being able to have sex with me. This in turn make me feel horrible for being horny which also make her feel worse for making me upset....(you can see the circle this is going in right)

It's gotten to the point where I'm masturbating 3-4 times a day just to keep the blue balls away but most of the guys here will tell you that jacking off just doesn't provide that great of an orgasm it's like putting a bandaid on stab would, it'll help but not really fix the issue.
