Were you raised in a household where sex was taboo? Or openly talked about? How did you turn out?

I grew up in western Canada in a foreign household where not only was sex not talk about but never mentioned, I can't remember ever seeing my parents kiss or hug/hold hands.
Which is why I think I turned out as a very sexual person
