Okay, so I'm 30 something man, single now and really wanna get laid. I'm good looking and well educated, but currently not working anywhere.. Have taken a leave to focus on greater things.. which makes me spend most of my time at home.

Now, as I said focussing on my career is now my top priority so I don't want any other commitments..

But the thing is how would you talk or approach a woman for just hooking up or having no strings attached thing. I have never done it before and I'm kinda confused on how to approach this.

Also if indeed I hit it off with someone, how can I take genital health precautions and be safe from STD (as mostly those who hookup in dating apps are regularly doing it) ..

I know that condoms are safe barriers but from what I've read.. Some stds can spread even via oral sex....

Also you have to practically remove the condom which means your hands get dirty with all the body fluids and then they might get into your body as well.. Etc

These are the thoughts that freak me when I think about a hookup. This might seem overwhelming and I might be just paranoid but I wanna know how to be safe from any type of disease or stds while hooking up...

Great if someone can advice me on this.
