Is this consider as cheating?
Post Body

Hey yā€™all,

Iā€™m a professional massage therapist in Houston, TX, working at a luxury hotel. Iā€™m also on call, offering professional services at clientsā€™ homes, offices, etc. Most of my clients are repeat customers and referrals, so from time to time, I offer free massage sessions on Reddit to bring in more repeat or referral clients.

Massage can still be a taboo subject for some women and their partners, especially receiving massage from a male therapist. Meanwhile, some women enjoy the experience of being touched by a professional. Interestingly, men tend to book massages more often than women. But this isnā€™t the main point I want to discuss.

As I mentioned, I work at a hotel and have met many clients through my hotel work. Some clients prefer in-home sessions over visiting the hotel, largely because I offer Yoni Sensual massage, which hotel policy does not allow on the premises. While this type of massage is generally considered a gray area in Texas, I offer it legally by charging only for a standard massage session.

Occasionally, though, Iā€™ve had awkward experiences with clientsā€™ partners unexpectedly showing up during a session and acting aggressively toward me. Although I understand their concerns, Iā€™m simply a professional doing my job. While I havenā€™t been physically threatenedā€”perhaps due to my size (Iā€™m 6ā€™2ā€ and a big guy)ā€”even tense verbal exchanges are uncomfortable.

To be clear, most of my clients and their partners are open-minded people. Some have open relationships or are in the lifestyle, and their partners sometimes stay to observe the session if my client is comfortable with it. Iā€™m fine with that, as Iā€™m here to provide a service professionally and respectfully.

So, what do yā€™all think? Do you consider Sensual massage to be cheating? Coming from Europe, I know many European countries view it as a form of self-care.

Thanks for your time, and have a great day.
