Touch deprivation - is it a real thing?

I’ve felt like as of late that I may be touch deprived. It’s been a little over 2 1/2 years since my last encounter. As I read in ARNSFW and other Reddit posts, I feel somewhat jealous that I don’t have the same or similar sexual lives that you all do. Maybe it’s touch jealousy? I don’t think that’s a thing, but it’s been on my mind lately.
Have you all ever experienced touch deprivation and if so, how have you cured it? Any advice for someone in my situation?
