Heyo, so I started going to the gym in May, and started dieting in July. However the past 2 months have been my best and I have noticed a drastic weight difference! Back in May I weighed around 83kg/183 pounds, towards the end of this week I will be weighing myself again to see how much I have lost
However, one interesting thing I have noted is, I sorta stopped getting morning wood, or if I woke up during the night (which happens a lot due to insomnia), I was always soft. However, more recently besides morning wood, when I wake up during the night I'm as stiff as a rock quite often!
Like I said, these past 2 months have been my best for weight loss I feel, and the erections have definitely coincided with that! I was just curious if anyone else has been on a similar journey and noticed the same change in their body? :)
