When is the best time to give a girl a creampie? (Without birth control)

Just was wondering if there is any sort of time to be able to give a girl a creampie without actually getting them pregnant?
I know it sounds dumb, and she will probably get pregnant anyways.
But just wanted to throw that question out there to see if anyone ever tries a specific time during a girl's cycle that they give them creampies and never had a problem.
Probably won't be giving creampies until she's on birth control.
