Have you ever accidentally or "accidentally" received or sent an inappropriate text to the wrong person?

I'm curious if this commonly happens. I've seen other reddits where people do this on purpose under the guise that it is an accident. If you've been in this circumstance, can you enlighten if it was truly an accident or if you had other motives.
