What do you call that feeling?

Sometimes, when I (M) am really horny and/or I see a really nice piece of ass, my dick has this like a quiver-like, sudden weakness-like sensation. It's not directly observable, it's just a feeling at around inside of your pelvis near the taint. Nothing comes out (not PE), and it's not a full blown orgasm.
I would describe it as the genital version of your knees letting out from under you.
