I have put more thought and planning into this question (long before you asked it in here) I think my mind tells me it’s like 96.
With the breakdown being coordinated 8 man teams doing a pre coordinated rotation. One team per hour with a max gangbang time of each hour as 30 mins. With the rest of the hour for hydration and a professional ice / cryonics team.
I feel like I have 12 of those hours in me in a single 24 hour period. But! You said optimum conditions. Which would mean having some kind of massage and meditation expert there in between rounds. And if i was Optimally focused and optimally excited. High end 144-160 (18-20 hours)
