Would it be inappropriate to discuss something with your therapist you know you can’t speak about without getting sexually aroused?
Post Body

I have thoughts and fantasies I’m not comfortable enough to share with anyone I know in real life yet, and I want to talk it out with someone who could possibly help me figure out what those thoughts make me…. Etc.. it’s confusing? Would it be ok to talk about these things with a therapist knowing that discussing it will make me sexually aroused? Would it be best to pretend I’m not, avoid the subject, or just be honest about how it makes me feel?
