What are you supposed to do with a foreskin?

In all my experience, I’ve only ever been with 1 guy that was uncut. He was also the only person to leave a bad review. I’m 26 and honestly have no clue how it works, what it does, and what to do with it during head/sex. I’ve heard some guys say to pull it back, and some say just let it do it’s thing.
