I probably have a sexual urge/thought about probably 80-90% of women that I encounter on a daily basis, any hope that libido goes down with age?

Male in my early 30s and slightly terrified, I feel like I immediately jump to sexual thoughts for most women I encounter. Any woman age 20-60ish, as long as they’re not obscenely obese or ugly or really, really old, I have a brief desire for. No doubt maybe bolstered by my porn addiction (it’s been getting better) and working with a therapist.

Honestly though, it’s not even fun and just exhausting honestly. I hate how much mental space these thoughts take up. Any chance this will go away, even partially, with age?

I thought my late teens and early 20s were peak libido, but if anything it’s gotten worse.
