Iโm 56 was always in good shape. But as you get older you need to do extra cardio workouts. Even if just walking 30 min a day. Makes a massive difference in the bedroom for staying power and it is 0 proven to keep you off the blue pills.
If youโre sweating bullets and winded after a minute of hump you better get your ass doing cardio.
