If the "Adult" you could go back in time to when you were 15 years old, what's one piece of sexual advice you would give yourself?

For example I would tell myself that girls are equally as horny as guys are. I was under the impression girls never got horny and that's why they called guys horn dogs because they didn't have the same raging hormones. That would of been a game changer.
