Anybody actually attend a "Dancing Bear" party?

Some of the videos look hot and real, but suprised to see in this modern day that not one girl at the party has thier phone out and the only one taking pictures is the professional camera crew. So I know these must be staged, but would like to hear s ome of the details as to what is really going on.
