What's something innocently irrational you thought when you were younger and as an adult you realize it wasn't what you thought?

For example when I was a kid I thought my mother only had sex 4 times to procreate me and my brothers and she did not have sex for pleasuring reason (how wrong was I lol)
Also when I was a teen in high school I honestly thought teen girls didn't get horny it was only a male thing (how wrong was I again and if I knew what I know now I would of had so much more sex back in high school)
