I feel it must be true that breatfeeding a baby is sexually stimulating

Breasts, especially nipples, are so sensitive and Nature must have given women a physical reason to nurse. Yet no woman I've asked about this will admit to it. I get the ick factor, but that must be a diversion. Yes? No? Ladies, this is the place where you can anonymously be honest.
