Any suggestions for a valentines gift for a 34yo woman that’s not TOO romantic?

I’ve got a FWB that I’m genuinely friends with. We’ve been hanging out a little over a year, seeing each other maybe a couple times a month (oftentimes hanging out without sex). Neither of us are in a place for a serious relationship, but we have a lot of fun together and are cool with things as they are.

I hate the idea of letting Valentine’s Day pass without any recognition, but I also don’t want to send the message that I’m pushing for more.

Any ideas on a “sweet” or even slightly spicy gift I could give that doesn’t send too strong a message?
