Why are people into ABF…?

Hi there, I get hit up a lot by men of all ages to enact ABF (Adult Breast Feeding). I get that my chest is large, but I am not pregnant and don’t produce milk…? Also, does anyone else find it odd that adult men want to suck on a woman’s breasts like they’re babies…? Does anyone have this kink and can explain why they enjoy it or want to do it?
