What’s the best way to get over someone?

I (41F) recently started putting myself out there to start dating and meet someone. However, I’m a bit hung up on a guy that I know. For a few reasons (including that he’s in a relationship - a boundary I respect), nothing is going to happen with him. What’s the best way to shift my focus and realize there are other great guys out there? Just get out and start going on dates?!
