Life's been throwing me curve balls and I'm having some health problems at the moment so I've been sick a lot, resulting in causing financial stress too.
Usually I'd go to the gym for my physical and mental health, but I can't at the moment. I'd also masturbate and scroll reddit, but my daily toy broke a few days ago and nothing else is the same.. today is just a real struggle.
Have tried music, baths, tried reading but find I'm just re-reading the same page as I can't sustain attention right now.
What are some things you do to lift your spirits up when you're having a low mood day?
