Has anyone found any decent Adult Games?

I just found the world of Adult Games but the only ones I can seem to find are just long stories that you make a few decisions which basically all have the same consequences. Has anyone found any of these worth actually playing? I'm not against choose your adventure type story Games but I'd like my choices to have different outcomes
