What's the spookiest paranormal experience you've had?

I’ve had quite a few, but the one that startled me the most was waking up in the middle of the first night I slept in the new apartment to a family of parents and a kid standing at my feet, just looking at me. Nothing harmful or evil (I made sure I cleansed the shit out of this apartment before I moved in), but creepy af. I always felt it was just the resident ghosties saying hi.
