Is orgasm during PIV more common for women than from oral?

I was surprised to have read on the Kinsey Institute Blog and in other sources that a large proportion of women experienced orgasm during PIV sex. The said blog at one point claimed that only 22% of women never experienced such orgasm and that those that do, reach orgasm this was 31-40% of the time. I can count on the fingers of one hand the times I thought my wife orgasmed from PIV and yet I never fail to being her to climax during oral (which happens almost every time we have sex). So what's the secret sauce?
