I don’t know who here is proficient in WhatsApp but I’d like to get to the bottom of this

Yesterday I downloaded and made an account in WhatsApp. Set it up properly, enabled 2fa etc so on so fourth. I tried to make certain things hidden and so i could only get certain message requests as i didn’t want much spam.

Now I had made the account to talk to one specific person from a different app. As soon as they send me a message on WhatsApp, i get booted from the app. Once I try opening it back up it says “this account is no longer available on WhatsApp”. So the question is did that person hack my account or was I banned on the app by the app. I never got a text or email saying I was banned or that someone wanted to change my information either
