So i work in the medical field i done alot of work that im not supposed to do which includeds stiches, fixing dislocated bones and fingers and doing cast i dont get paid like the nurses and dr that are supposed to do i just came back from vaccation, the rooms are all filty and dry blood on areas all over im soo pissed i didnt leave it that way why should i come back to it so i walk out of the office today and told them im not working here with

1. no dr on site anymore dont care if they are around the block
2. no longer doing things im not paid to do
3. no longer cleaning up everyones mess
4. no doing off site injections without a nurse present

I stormed out told them to lock the door and im reporting this to HR!

UPDATE:"HR contacted me immedically wanting me to go back in to the office!" i said no we will talk tomorrow i have pics and recordings of that night i dont know what they told you but you should see what the office looks like when i got there horrible i told her this "I was in shock i was gone for a week and its like no one cleaned the entire time i was gone" not to mention the Crash cart was open unauthorized about 12 times which is fking insane only the dr and head nurse should open i took a pic of it theres a counter inside of those and told her about it and she said everything is understand i sent her the pics and videos and she said i can go the rest of the week with pto. and the office will be closed half the week and the last of the week they will talk about who are they keeping around. I didnt have to worry about my job.
