What happens if you takes ED meds, but you don't have ED?

I see the advertisements about hims and bluchew etc. I don't have issues getting an erection, and maintaining one. However I will say my 41 year old erection and sex life is not the same as my 21 year old erection/sex life either lol. I used to be able to get hard have sex, bust, 5 mins later get hard have sex, bust, and do that a few times over and over... Can't really be sure I have that same type of performance stamana these days, haven't really been put to the test like either in years. These days it's, have sex, cum, and cuddle and the go to sleep and then don't have sex for like a week or two or three lol, shits not the same!... l basically masturbate daily and a lot of times multiple times a day.

All that to say... What would happen if I started taking some of those ED hims meds or blue chews as like performance enhancers? Not all the time just every now and then. Would my body begin to rely on those to aid in an erection? I am worried that if I start taking those types of meds that I would have to continue to take them? Is that accurate? Or if I am good now, should I be fine to dabble and stop and still be good without them? Anyone have any experience in this? Hope that makes sense 😂🤷 would love to hear from you all!
