So in other words does frequent sex = good sex or how have you found a balance and it's just got better but less frequent?

Right here, right now. More sex and good sex don’t equal each other; I’m simply more sexual nowadays, so I find it more often. And as I got older, I started to realise my preferences more, which helps with the good sex part.
