Guys, what made you start lasting longer in bed?

Gals, does it bother you if a guy can only last a minute or two?

I can only last a minute maybe two before I reach the point where I can't keep going or I'll cum. I've tried kegals, thinking of different things, switching positions, which sometimes makes it worse, pretty much everything I've read online and I just can't seem to last longer.
