How does one get over social anxiety? And like I mean force themselves outta it

Like I ain’t getting a girlfriend sitting at home, or my corner of the gym/ work. Or in my vehicle… alone. Throw out the whole nowhere to meet people problem I have, I’ll be fine with target. Now approaching and talking to people with looking/ acting like a nervous train wreck is my issue. That’s what I need to fix
Also preferably no options that include alcohol or drugs
