I really like going to the gym but sometimes it makes me really horny and I get self conscious that someone is gonna somehow know.
Happens both when I use the sauna and when I don’t. I’ve been afraid to go in the sauna a couple time when I was already worked up.
I can usually close my eyes and focus on my swimming when I’m in the pool but the weight room I get really nervous.
Anyone else have this or should I just get over it? Should I bring it up in therapy? Should I go during off hours? Should I just completely zone out?
Please, I only want opinions from other women.
