How are some men like Europeans, Bohemians, hippies, tribal men and other men that have been desensitized to nudity get an erection when it's time for sexy time at night?

I'm not very articulate today.
I have a much lower libido but most men are not.
These men are less prudish and are not fazed by nudity.
They don't get turned on just like that. They're used to it and it's the norm in their community.
So, how do these men get hard at night when needed?
