Do any couples have experience swapping pics with other friend couples?

I (M30) and my wife (F28) have recently talked about snap chatting or sharing pics with other couples. She is not too into doing it with strangers because she can “just watch porn for that”. She has a best friend that they pretty much share nudes already but never anything sexual. She said she would want to try it with her but doesn’t know how to bring it up or start it. Her friend is hot and my wife thinks her bf is attractive so it’s a great match. Just don’t want it to be awkward, etc. I think it would be so hot and fun to do it.

Any suggestions? Any one have experience with this?
