Sex toy cleaning and oral, safe?

I'm curious about those of you who've used dildos for anal, cleaned then, then at a later date performed oral on them them.
I'm always hesitant to do it but I do thoroughly clean my toys after I use them (wash in hot soapy water, wipe down with anti bacterial wipes, clean off with baby wipes, let air dry).
How safe is it to put these in my mouth before I use them on myself?
