Does anyone else feel like the people they’re most interested in are the ones least likely to chat with you?

To clarify: it seems like every guy I meet that I’m super into (and attracted to) has little time to chat, but the guys I’m not really that into seem to message me everyday. It just doesn’t make sense why this always happens to me. I don’t need a guy to message me everyday, I’m not that clingy, but even just a little check in with “Hi I’m thinking about you” would be enough for me once or twice a week.
