Do you call it a blowjob if it's just part of foreplay?

Genuinely just curious, because I realized that some people refer to it differently than me?

If I say blowjob, I mean - just a blowjob, where she goes down on me until I finish. I don't think of a oral as a blowjob if it is a precursor to sex. So, if I'm talking to my wife and I ask for a blowjob, she knows I mean until completion. 69 falls in a grey area for me. If it's only 69 until I finish, then I count it as a blowjob.

Based on some reddit posts, it occurs to me that people count it as a blowjob even if its just foreplay or any time she goes down.

So, I'm curious if I'm in the minority on this. Where do you stand?
