Odd place to post this but imma ask anyway.
So I’ve been losing my hair since I was 20 years old. Before that I had thick curly hair. My hair was probably my best feature.
But now I’m 24 and my hair looks entirely different. My hairlines receded so the point I can put my fingers from my brow to my hairline and my middle finger just barely touches my hair. The hair on my crown has thinned out badly too. My while there is still hair my scalp is very noticeable.
I have become incredibly self conscious about it I wear hats almost every day. And when I get reminded of it I just get sad.
But how do you deal with it?
