Why do I struggle to enjoy sex?

I have a bad history with hookups. I don't enjoy them but I still have them anyways. Last night I fucked around with a guy and it didn't even feel good? But it's like that every time with every person, it never feels good. And I'm not good at faking orgasms so I was quiet and it was kind of awkward laying there quietly while we were fooling around.
