I’m looking for some advice regarding intimacy with my girlfriend. She’s very petite, and I’m slightly above average, which sometimes makes things a bit uncomfortable for her. She has PCOS and is often well-lubricated naturally, but it hurts her the most when I use a condom.

She’s uncomfortable using lube because she doesn’t want to put chemicals in her body, and she prefers not to take birth control as she wants to regulate her hormones naturally through a healthier lifestyle. Additionally, I'm curious if it would be safe for me to possibly ejaculate in her at any time because of her condition.
