Just to clarify what I personally mean/intend with the definitions (also, don't think about it too much realistically, it's hypothetical)
Physical sensations: So on the one hand you'd no longer feel pain, you would no longer feel body aches, exhaustion, when something cuts you, burns you, hits you. You wouldn't feel hunger, thirst, headaches, pain from spicy or sour food, from eating anything cold or hot, nothing. But on the other, because you don't feel pain you have no idea when something hurts, is wrong, or is damaging you. You get no satisfaction from eating food, drinking. You can't feel the wind, you feel no difference when you touch something hard or soft, sharp or fluffy, they all just feel like nothing to you. You no longer feel temperature, you just lose every physical sensation, you still get affected by things, you just can't feel them.
Mental/emotional sensations: On the one hand, you no longer feel sadness, anxiety, fear, regrets, trauma, anger. You don't feel tired, you don't feel mental exhaustion. But on the other, you also can't experience joy, happiness, excitement, love, you don't relive fond memories, you don't have things you like, you can't laugh as you can't find things funny. You can't find things satisfying, you can't connect with other people or animals, you just lose every aspect of mental or emotional sensations.
