How do you make your home for your intimacy and sex needs?

Always wonder how can a home be changed by keeping sex in mind.
Not sure if I put my point rt.. Say, some people like to have dedicated room where they have massage table, sex chair (inverted S type) etc.
Some build their kitchen island to required height.

I've heard of people turning their spare room into a 'pleasure palace' complete with a mirrored ceiling and a disco ball. Talk about setting the mood!
